動画で英語リスニング ”How to make an origami swan 3”
前回、Santaを作った際に出てきた重要語彙を、赤色にしました。
そして、今回新しく出てきた重要語彙を、青色にしました。
もう一度、動画を見ながらSwanを作ってください。

How To Make An Origami Swan.
Step1. Fold in half along the diagonal.
Step2. Unfold and fold the edge so it lies along the centre crease. Fold the opposite edge to meet it.
Step3. Turn the model over and fold the edge to the centre crease again. Fold the opposite edge to meet it keeping the point as sharp as possible.
Step4. Fold the model in half lengthways.
Step5. Fold the point back to create a beak.
Step6. Fold the whole model in half.
Step7. Raise the head and extend the beak.
And there you have your swan.

How To Make An Origami Swanのスクリプトです。
何度も言いますが、動画を見ながら実際にSwanを作ってくださいね。何度やってもわからないところは、下のスクリプトで確認してください。

How To Make An Origami Swan
Step1 Fold in half along the diagonal.

Fold the opposite edge to meet it keeping the point as sharp as possible.
Step4 Fold the model in half lengthways.

今回は、折り紙を使ってswanを作ります。前回、santaを作った際とよく似た表現が出てきます。
何度も言いますが、ビデオを見ながら実際にswanを作ってくださいね。そうすることで、リスニング力が養われます。

動画で英語リスニング”How To Make An Origami Santa 3”
以下は前回のスクリプトです。
1.In this simple piece of origami / you will be able to make a paper santa / in just two folds!
2.Get a piece of paper / that is red on one side / and white on the other.
3.Red side down / fold the corner / across to the half way point / of the edge.
4.Turn the model over / and fold the corner / down to the edge.
今回のスクリプトで、行動を表しているのは、3と4のセンテンスです。ですので、この2行はビデオをみながら何回か練習してください。
そして、折り紙をする場合によく出てくる言葉は、”fold the corner”と”Turn the model over ”です。あえて意味は言いません。ビデオの行動を見て確認してください。

実際に、紙を使ってサンタを作ってみたでしょうか。このリスニング方法は、実際に動画と同じように体を動かすことで第二言語の理解を高める方法です。もし、折り紙がない場合は、パントマイム的に行っているマネをしてください。
以下は、動画中のサンタの作り方を説明したスクリプトです。最初は、見ずに試してくださいね。文章が長いので途中スラッシュを入れておきました。

動画で英語リスニング”How To Make An Origami Santa ”
今回の練習は、とても簡単です。紙を使って実際に、動画と同じように"Santa"を作ってみてくださいね。サンタには見えませんが。。。（笑）
実際に、動画と同じようにサンタを作ることで右脳に働きかけるので、語学の習得が速くなります。
この方法は、アメリカの心理学者、Dr.Asherによって開発されたものです。

動画で英語リスニング"How to use chopsticks"
今回は、お箸の使い方のビデオを使って学びます。
皆さんにもぜひ、同じようにお箸を使ってビデオのマネを行ってください。そうすることで、より理解力が深まり、記憶も長くなります。これは研究でも証明されています。
今回は、下記ビデオの1：00から1:19の動きを真似ましょう。
下記は、1：00から1:19のスクリプトです。まずは、見ずに試してください。
Lay the first chopstick between the base of your thumb and the tip of your ring finger, with the narrow end pointing away from you. It should be able to lay there comfortably. Then take hold of the second chopstick between the tip of your thumb and index finger. Practice a pinching movement with the chopsticks by moving the top chopstick down toward the bottom one.

今日のトピックは、Fold in half。
今回は、折り紙でSwanを作ります。今の時点で、Fold in halfの意味は、わからなくて大丈夫です。
下記の動画を見ながら、動画と同じようにSwanを作ってみましょう。そうすることで、fold in halfの意味も理解できるようになります。
また、体を動かすことで英語の理解力が鍛えれます。
